ListeningCode ("we", "our", or "the app") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our iOS application.

Information We Collect

ListeningCode does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. All data stays on your device.

• Learning progress (completed problems, playback position) is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework.
• No account creation is required to use the app.
• No analytics, tracking, or advertising SDKs are included in the app.

Subscriptions

ListeningCode offers auto-renewable subscriptions to unlock premium content. Subscriptions are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not have access to your payment information.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.

Third-Party Services

The app may contain links to external websites (e.g., LeetCode) for reference. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third-party sites.

Children's Privacy

ListeningCode is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.
