Description of Service

ListeningCode is an educational iOS application that provides audio-based lessons for learning algorithm and data structure concepts through simulated interview dialogues.

Free and Premium Content

• The app offers a limited number of free lessons per category.
• Full access to all content requires an active premium subscription.
• Subscription pricing and terms are displayed in the app before purchase.

Subscriptions

• Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account via the App Store.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings.
• No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods. Refund requests should be directed to Apple.

Intellectual Property

All content in ListeningCode, including audio dialogues, diagrams, and text, is original educational material. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use this content without permission.

Disclaimer

ListeningCode is an educational tool. We do not guarantee that using the app will result in success in any job interview or examination. Content is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
